Breakfast time.

For breakfast I alwas make sure I have some source of protein, a portion of fruit and veggies as well as some whole grain serving, sometimes I don't have a fruit so I'll double the portion of veggie or protein and so on.

  • Waffles, yogurt and fruits.

I got some mini frozen waffles whole grain from the store, whole milk organic yogurt with a squeeze of honey, any fruit you have will work I i had berries, and papaya is a fruit I always have for breakfast my daughter likes it with some drops of lime juice and salt, papaya is a fruit that not many kids or grownups like but give it a try.

  • Sandwich breakfast (eggs, spinach and cheese omelet, you could skip the spinach if they don't like ) strawberries and carrots.
I love using cookie cuter on making kids food, for snack, for lunch, on every meal, I use them on quesadillas and sandwich and cheese as well.

  • scramble eggs with cheese, berries and papaya.
